a deep well, the unknown me

I read a lady's blog and it inspired me to write.
I miss blogging, I miss tweeting but I don't know how to do it. It's like I have no idea at all.

I don't know how the time flies, I don't know what I do to fill it.
It seems like I am somewhere away from here.

I didn't do what I used to do.
I didn't spend my time blogging or tweeting or fb-ing.
I swear I was addicted to them before but I'm not anymore.
I don't talk much to Haddock lately. I blame the time difference and the busy schedule. But somehow I know I just forgot to reply his text.
I don't go out too often.
I don't watch tv.
I can spend hours laying on my bed staring at my silent phone.

It feels like I've change to someone I don't even know.
I don't feel like myself anymore.

I blame the broken heart that change me to what I am today.

But somehow I thank God cause I am surrounded by beautiful people.
That help me to climb up the well to see the sunlight.

Sounds so bad kan?
It's not too bad but I've changed. duhhh...

Right now I'm just enjoying the accompany and cherish every moment with them.
And I know someday they might leave me too.

From now on I swear I would never fall in love again, not until the right time comes with the right person. Hopefully...

Haddock

Do you know what Haddock is?
It's a fish.

No. I'm not going to talk about the fish cause I don't really know the fish. I've tasted it but I like salmon more.

Okay. I have a best friend which I named him Haddock.

Why Haddock? it's because I've been obsessing about salmon and he can't stop saying that haddock is tastier than salmon.

Haddock vs Salmon

So we named ourselves Salmon and Haddock.

I've known haddock for quite long time already. Almost 8 years. But we've lost contact for 2 years because haddock been swimming too far away from the habitat and been drown until one day he came back to the right path. HAHAHAHA.

Since then, we've become good friend. A friend who always be there through my thick and thin. You can't see haddock swimming around me but he always there. He always there when I need big ears, when I need a shoulder to cry on, when I feel alone, when.. when.. when...

Haddock is a type of fish that I can pour all my secrets to with him judging if I'm the crab or the squid. Haddock is also my counselor (he said he can be one  :P) a part of my treatment when I'm too depressed.

He best thing about haddock is he always positive in everything. Even if I say something bad, he still be positive.

When I'm down, I always remember that God has sent to me a wonderful fish that I know I can't release it back to the sea. Without haddock, there will be no delicious seafood. LOL.

Dear haddock,
Thank you for being a delicious fish for the dinner. I hope you'll like salmon for your dinner too. You don't have to worry about anything cause we have each other to eat ourselves. Maybe some salt and pepper will make us more tastier. It's been 8 years having you and I never feel full. I hope every bite of you won't leave me a fleshless bone. Thank you.

Yours truly,
Salmon

This is my haddock and he thought he's a superman. I think he forgot his blue underwear.

Hello Saigon

It's been a while since the last time I blog. I'm just too lazy I guess but maybe when I start blogging again, I can be a part of the OLD me. Oh I miss the old me so much. I just don't know how to get it back.

Enough of that.

View of Saigon from the plane. Look at the river. Beautiful.

I've been here and there this year. One of it is VietNam. When people asked, how's VietNam? What's nice there? How's the food there? What? Where? When? How? Why? and the 5WH just can't stop reaching my ears.

Hotel lobby

Our room

VietNam is very popular of their history, especially the VietNam war in 1959 - 1975 *correct me if I'm wrong* and how the won the war.

So mostly people will visit the Củ Chi tunnel. A tunnel that we built just to escape from the Americans and they even lived in there. Eventho they were villagers, I guess they're more creative than an engineer. The tunnel is complete with ventilations. I think they're cool!

The petite tunnel. I stuck in there

Ok, that is one of the tourist attraction.

Most of the lady go to VietNam just to shop. I can say the price there is better than Bandung especially when you're looking for cotton material. It's like crazy when you go to Bến Thành Market. You just don't know what to choose because you feel like you want all of it and you'll end up buying more than you have budgeted. LoL.

Let's go to Bến Thành Market

Bến Thành Market

Some of it

Just don't know which one to choose

Other than that, the readymade baju kurung is so cheap. You can get RM 55 a pair with full beading. Usually they sell back the baju kurung in Malaysia at a very high price. I once found the baju kurung same like mine cost about RM 300. Krazy!

The pasar malam around Bến Thành Market

In front of Vincom Center

The post office

Hunch back of the Notre Dame of Saigon

Some building in town

Hard Rock Cafe

Bobby Chinn

The best dinner there was on a cruise along Saigon River. Live band and dancing ladies. It's so nice. The food also yummy.

Last minute shopping at the airport :)

Bye Bye Saigon. Till me meet again.

I'm sicked!

something is not right with me. I swear I'm not. For those who live around me, they noticed and also my twitter follower.

I need help. I really need one.

Should I meet the counselor or should I just see the psychiatric?

I guess I'm under a lot of stress.

I just cant take it anymore.

Food #2

Lobster anyone?!
Food #2 is

Live Lobster Thermidor
Served with corn, baked potato and broccoli
*my 700g lobster*

You can try this at
House of Fine Steak, Victoria Station

Price : RM 169.15
Price is not fixed. Depending on the size.

This is one of my fav dish at VS. The lobster is imported from the US. Even when you first order, they even bring the live lobster to you for you to see the size and agree with the price.

You can even ask for half thermidor and half garlic or whatever they suggest you. But I prefer this one more. The cream sauce is yummy!

Mom's all time favorite
Grilled NZ Whole Sole
served with corn, baked potato and salad

Dragon Kingdom
Half lobster and squid and fish fillet served with corn, baked potato and broccoli

We had our family dinner here last night.
When we first arrived...
Everyone was busy with their phone.

And so I told them I brought my camera
Everyone started to snap snap

Dad

Mommy

And my food arrived...
Selamat makan semua!

New Year

When new year comes, everyone is busy asking everyone about where they're going to celebrate new year. Ahaaa. Semua nak nampak coolkan cakap, Oh I ada party here and there. Bluerghhh.

This year I celebrated new year at Desaru. Not that I have some "cool" party or what, I went there for a short vacation with my dear family. It was our first time there.

At first I tot we need to cancel our plan cause on Friday, which one day before the vac, mom got lumbar spasm. We had to send her to SJMC in case she got something else like dislocated disc or whatever. But thank God it was only spasm. But still, she can't barely move. Pity her. So that night, noone pack their bag and thinking it was canceled.

The next morning, when everyone busy sleeping, mom went to everyone's room and kejutkan. She was so excited to go and yet everyone still sleeping. So rush packed and left the house.

So we made a pit stop at jeng jeng jeng... Johor Premium Outlet. Not so premium. LoL. It was my second time there btw. When I checked in there, a lot of friends texted asking if the things there is okay or not. Honestly, if you have ka-chinggg everything would be so much fun!

Have u realize that JPO logo is the same as Rumah Mode? the one in Bandung... I think the owner is the same since he's a hell of a rich. That is what I was thinking la. The fact is I don't know. Btw, I think Coach in JPO is quite expensive and it looks like fake. Idk. The leather feels like PVC. So if you want to buy, you better make sure it is original cause if it's fake, it won't worth your money. Other brands like La Senza, GAP, Pedro, Guess are selling at good price. You can shop there.

*We had to queue just to get in to Coach boutique*

I didn't shop much. I bought a handbag from Michael Kors. A simple one. weeheee :)
We stopped there for less than 2 hours, then we continued our journey to Desaru.
Desaru is at Bandar Penawar, which is a very small town. When we asked the bell boy if the town is easy to find food or not, he said "sekarang dah maju. Dah ada fast food". I was thinking of McD. What's in your mind? It turned out to be Marry Brown. hahahaha.

Desaru is a nice place to have a vacation. Far from hustle and bustle. When you go there, you can just rest. Free your mind from everything. But the beach, hmmmm. The current was quite strong and the red flag was there. Can't even mandi laut :(

*Super sweet. They're my everything*
*Dad and I <3*
*Lelet relaxing*
*Us. macam cover albumkan* LOL
*Pulai Desaru at night*
Lelet and I tried the SPA. The SPA there is just fine. I Prefer Arokaya more like seriously. I don't know if the lady was massaging or hurting me cause it really hurt. No relax at all. heh!

It was only one night vacation, the next day, we went home.

*on the way back*

We stopped by Malacca to have asam pedas. Yums!

Happy New Year

I know it a lil late to wish everyone, but it's better than never ayte?
so yeahh!
to everyone.

I don't know how was your 2011 going but I can tell mine was okay. So-so. but yet dull.

Let see how things went

In January: I finally home for good. yeah for good. but somehow I miss Bandung in everyday of my life. I know I was bitching around telling everyone that I miss Malaysia but now I miss Bandung even moooore! I left my life there, my friends, my skool, my everyday's food, my... my... my.... Oh God. Please give me some time to visit there. I just miss there.

In February and March: Life been as dull as it can be. I stayed home and doing nothing. I didn't meet friends, I seldom go out. ok tu tipu. but yeah, everyday was the same. woke up late, out for lunch, watch tv, dinner, sleep. and it repeats every single day.

In April: I went to Bandung for my graduation day. Finally, I'm no longer a student. And I got my job by the end of the month and my first car tooo! yeayy!

The rest of the year: everyday was just the same. WORK!

One thing I like about 2011. we, the cousins or now I call them my siblings were getting closer. We had more and more gatherings which I can tell that we had gathering almost every week. But now everyone started to get busy and I miss them so much. oh nooo!

Anyhoo, I wish for my 2012 is better than 2011. Let's pray! :)
