Pasar Seni ITB

Long overdue post. haha. I'm very lazy to update.

Pasar Seni ITB is one of the biggest art event in Indonesia. It held once every 4 year. Actually this is my second time attending Pasar Seni ITB. Most of the art there, were from ITB alumni. Sculpture, paintings, handicrafts bla bla bla.

Despite of having the exhibition, there were booths selling accessories, batik, this and thats. Hand-made I guess.

But Pasar Seni ITB was damn crazy. Thousands of people were there. You can't even walk without people pushing you from the front of back. And the weather was sunny. Guess what? I got sun burn because I went to Pasar Seni! SIGH!

Overall, I think this year's Pasar Seni wasn't as interesting as before which I was disappointed. There were more booth but nothing's there to really see. Like few friends said, more quantity than quality. Hehe. Ok, I'm very sorry. I'm not an art person so I don't really know how to appreciate art. However, there were few things captured my view.

I really love thing painting. It is called "Membagi Rasa"

The Traffic in Dago and near ITB wasn't moving due to Pasar Seni ITB 2010. It took me more than half an hour to BIP and more than 1 hour from BIP back to ITB. Crazy!
